Let’s Testing is a program to provide free testing products for MelodySusie’s members. As long as you like our brand/products and love to share using experience, you have a chance to become a tester. Basically, we offer free product samples, and you test and review them. You may need to submit a detailed test report/questionnaire after the test, or you may need to take video/pictures, we will mark the different product application pages according to the needs, which you can refer to for selection. Before participating in this program, please read the following carefully:

1. Read our rules carefully.
2. Find and enter the testing product page that you’d like to apply.
3. Look through the page content.
4. Click the ‘APPLY TO TEST’ button.
5. Fill in the application, and wait for the tester's announcement.

Applicant will be prioritized if you can meet the following criteria as much as possible:

• Complete the application form and provide the more detailed information the better.
• If you choose to test the product that requires you to fill in a questionnaire for feedback on test results, please fill out the application form. The link to the questionnaire will be sent to you by email after you pass the application. Please leave your sincere and valuable real experience and suggestions after thoroughly and high-frequency using the products, and submit the questionnaire in time.
• If you choose to test a product that requires a video to feedback on the results, please post the video on time and email the link back to us.
• Failure to submit the questionnaire or video links on time will disqualify you from future Let’s Testing programs.
• You can apply for multiple product tests at the same time, but you will be chosen for only one product at a time.

We’ll announce testers on the corresponding product testing page. Selected testers will receive our official emails (from marketing@melodysusie.com) to confirm participation and provide shipping information.

The sample will be sent out to selected testers as soon as they reply to our email confirming their participation and submitting their shipping address. Under special circumstances, we will get in touch with you and inform you of the reason for the delay.

• If you are selected as a tester, you will not be able to sign up for other ongoing tests until you have completed the entire testing process.
• You need to carefully complete the product test experience, fill out the questionnaire/output the review, and send us the link back within two weeks after receiving the shipment. (We suggest that you reply to our email directly to save your time.)
