1. Due to policy changes, U.S. customs processing may take longer than usual. Please understand if your package is delayed.

2. Package deliveries may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions.

3. Your products might be sent out separately if you ordered several items together.

4. According to the receiving address, the package includes a national standard plug or a conversion plug.

Shipping Policy:

For all international shipments (outside the contiguous United States), any tax or duty shall be borne by the buyer

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. The final cost does not include import duties and sales taxes, all these additional fees must be paid by the customers.

You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We are not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.

*If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the package might be dropped by customs or returned to us, and we will not refund any amount of money.

State of Alaska, Guam, State of Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces of the Americas, European Armed Forces, Pacific Armed Forces, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands: For the order with 1 product, the shipping fee is USD$12.99. When your order more than one product, we will add USD$2.00 per product.

Canada: For the order with 1 product, the shipping fee is USD$16.99. When your order more than one product, we will add USD$2.00 per product.
UK, France and Germany: For the order with 1 product, the shipping fee is USD$15.99. For the order with 2 products, the shipping fee is USD$23.99. The order with over 2 products, we will add USD$2.00 per product.

Please kindly note that we will not issue any refund for your order if you refuse to receive the package we sent to you.

If you no longer want to receive the package, please do not refuse it when it is delivered. Instead, you can send us one return form with your order.

For US customers, the shipping time will be 6-12 business days.
For Canada, the shipping time is 7-15 business days.
For Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia and the United Kingdom, the shipping time is 7-15 business days.
For other countries, the shipping time is 10-15 business days.

If the shipping time is longer than you expect, please contact us and we will resend it under certain conditions.

*Please note:

Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 3-5 business days and is NOT included in the overall “shipping time”.
Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays.
Some products may be out of stock in our warehouse. In this case, for timely delivery, we will have our factory ship your items directly from China. (Please note that the package will not spread viruses based on CDC.) Will You Catch The New Coronavirus Via Packages Or Mail From China?
Once the carrier confirms delivery with photo proof, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If the package is delivered to the wrong address due to the customer filling in the wrong address, we will provide the logistics supplier's information to assist in changing the address, but no refund will be given.

Warranty Policy:

THIS POLICY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS CONVEYED BY LAWS OF YOUR COUNTRY, PROVINCE, OR STATE. OTHER THAN AS PERMITTED BY LAW, MelodySusie DOES NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT, OR SUSPEND OTHER STATUTORY RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE.

1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy for purchases made directly through melodysusie.com or our official Amazon store.

Condition of Return: Due to strict hygiene, safety, and cleaning standards (especially for gel nail polishes and beauty tools), all returned products must be new, unused, and in the exact condition you received them.

Shipping Costs & Deductions for Non-Quality Returns: If you wish to return an item without any quality issues within 30 days, you are responsible for both the sending and returning shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Furthermore, except where prohibited by applicable law, we will deduct the credit card processing fee from your refund, calculated as (Order Amount * 2.4% + $0.30).

Time Limit & Unclaimed Goods: Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted. If a customer fails to pick up the goods or the package is returned due to the customer's failure to receive it, the actual return shipping costs and any courier penalty fees will be deducted from your refund.

2. LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

MelodySusie warrants that the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

Warranty Duration:

Purchases directly from melodysusie.com: 15-Month Limited Warranty (Applies to nail drills and nail lamps only).
Purchases from the MelodySusie Direct store or the Maple Leaf Shop store on Amazon: 6-Month Limited Warranty.
Free Extension: You can extend the 6-month warranty to 12 months by registering at MelodySusie and sending an extended warranty request with your Order ID.

Remedies and Shipping Fees: Within the warranty period, if a valid claim is received, MelodySusie will provide a free replacement or replacement parts. Please note: While the replacement device/part is free, except where prohibited by applicable local laws, the customer is responsible for shipping fees for warranty claims made 3 months after the original purchase date.

3. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Unless otherwise stipulated, this Limited Warranty does not apply to:

Damage due to acts of nature, misuse, dropping, or excessive force.
Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted uses, such as in wet or moist conditions.
Damage caused by the use of non-original, third-party, or unauthorized accessories, power cords, adapters, or handpieces.

4. STATUTORY RIGHTS & DISCLAIMERS

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES (INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY) ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

SOME COUNTRIES, PROVINCES, OR STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, PROVINCE TO PROVINCE, OR COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.

OTHER THAN AS PERMITTED BY LAW, MelodySusie DOES NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT, OR SUSPEND OTHER STATUTORY RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE UNDER APPLICABLE NATIONAL LAWS RELATING TO THE SALE OF CONSUMER GOODS.

To ensure optimal performance and prevent personal injury or device damage, please read carefully before using:

Check Before Using: Do not use a damaged cord. For your safety, please use the original handpiece, power cord, adapter, or charger only. Only plug this device into a voltage system that matches the specification on the device.
About Battery: Do not overcharge the device or use it while it is charging. Do not charge the device near any flammable or explosive materials. Do not cover the device with clothes or other materials while charging.
About Using: Individuals under 18 require parental consent and supervision to use this device.
