Using Tips

• The product is designed for skin and nail care, not suitable for acrylic gel nails. 
• The shaft diameter of the nail grinder bits in the set is Φ5/32", please note that it is not the Φ3/32" standard model of the nail drill bits.
  
• Quickly changing rotation direction may trigger the battery overcurrent protection and stop working. It can return to normal after charging for 5 seconds.
• Do not operate in wet or moist conditions. Only a dry cloth is allowed for cleaning.
• Do not pull the power cord or let the device drop or by other impacts.
• When the nail drill is rotating, please turn off the switch before replacing the nail drill bit.
• Do not use the device when the connecting wires broke and do not touch the plug with a wet hand to prevent electric leakage and shock or fire.
• The motor will inevitably generate heat, so please do not use the nail drill for too long each time.
• When you feel that the nail drill is overheated, please stop using it immediately and wait for the heat to dissipate before using it again(no more than 20 minutes of continuous use each time is recommended).
• MelodySusie recommends replacing your nail drill bits every 1-3 months to ensure cutting force. Children under 16 years of age should not use this device without parental consent and supervision.

Shipping Policy:

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. The final cost does not include import duties and sales taxes, all these additional fees must be paid by the customers.

You should expect to pay any amount charged by 
the government in your respective country. 
This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes 
and any extra fees charged by the courier company.
We are not responsible for any extra charges 
once the original package has been shipped. 

*If the customer refuses to pay these extra 
charges, the package might be dropped by 
customs or returned to us, and we will not refund

Please kindly note that we will not issue any refund with your order if you refuse to receive the package we sent to you.

If you no longer want to receive the package, please do not refuse it when it is delivered. Instead, you can send us one return form with your order.

We offer one shipping method for US customers

Low to USD$7.99 to the United States via Standard Shipping （Note：Some areas $9.99, US Virgin Islands charged according to international standard postage）

For US customers, the shipping time will be 3-12 business days
For Canada, the shipping time is 7-15 business days.
For Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia and the United Kingdom, the shipping time is 7-15 business days.
For other countries, the shipping time is 10-15 business days.

Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 3-5 business days and is NOT included in the overall “shipping time”.

Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays.

Some products may be out of stock in our warehouse. In this case, for a timely delivery, we will have our factory ship your items directly from China. (Please note that the package will not spread viruses based on CDC.) Will You Catch The New Coronavirus Via Packages Or Mail From China?

Warranty Policy:

Generally, all of our MelodySusie products have a full 6-months warranty covering manufacturing and quality 
issues (natural causes or human errors are not 
included) and 30 days money-back guaranteed from the receipt of original order. But our MelodySusie products will have15-months warranty made through meldoysusie.com (including nail drills and nail lamps part only). If your product does not meet your needs within this period, feel free to contact us by submitting a feedback form to let us know what we can do to help you.  

Please note this page of warranty and return is for purchases made through meldoysusie.com, the MelodySusie Direct store or Maple Leaf Shop store on Amazon. For purchases made through MelodySusie's authorized resellers, please contact them directly.

Free Extended Warranty：
1.Extended Warranty to 12 months by registering at Melodysusie.
2.Send an extended warranty request with your order ID at our Customer Service Center.

*Please note: 

1.You need to pay for your shipping costs for returning your item with non-quality problem within 30 days from the date you purchased it.

2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item after 30 days from the receipt of original order.

3. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. We will deduct the credit card processing fees from your refund if you wanna return our items without any quality issues, the processing fees should be ($order amount * 2.4% + $0.3).

5. If the customer doesn't pick up the goods on the specified date with the requirement, causing the goods to be destroyed, we'll not give a refund. If the goods are returned to warehouses by courier, the customer must be paid the additional fees. 

6. Within the warranty period, the replacement is free but the shipping fee will be charged accordingly after 3-months.
