What MelodySusie would do if customers' order includes the products that currently out of stock.

  • If the products will be restocked within one week, we will pending your entire order until the"sold out" product has been restocked.
  • If the products can not be restocked within one week, we will refund you the "sold out" product and make a shipment for the other items in your order.

Tracking Information Updates:

During the outbreak, it may take longer than usual for the post office to process your package, and the tracking info may not be updated for a while. Please give the post office more time to transport your package and update your tracking info. In the meantime, you can always send an email to support@melodysusie.com to check the status of your order.

 

About the shipping fee:

For the US customers, the shipping fee is low to $6.99. Please understand due to the increase of our shipping cost during these days, you will see a slight price increase. 

     

    Where are the products shipped from?

    We will choose the closest warehouse from you to make the shipment. But, some products may be out of stock in our warehouse. In this case, for a timely delivery, we will have our factory ship your items directly from China. (Please note that the package will not spread viruses based on CDC.) Will You Catch The New Coronavirus Via Packages Or Mail From China?

     

    Why did I only received part of my order?

    Since the products currently in stock may be stored in different warehouses, we might send your order from different warehouses with separate packages.  Please wait patiently for the second package. In the meantime, you can always send an email to support@melodysusie.com to check the status of your order.

     

    Why the price is higher than before?

    During the epidemic, the production cost and transportation cost of the product have increased significantly. To cover that increase in the cost, we had to increase the selling price accordingly.
