We apologize for any inconvenience caused with your MelodySusie purchase and want you to know that your complete satisfaction is our number one priority. We hope that we can help to resolve whatever issues you may have.

Generally, all of our MelodySusie products have a full 6-month warranty. If your product does not meet your needs within this period, feel free to contact us by submitting a feedback form below to let us know what we can do to help you.

After we receive your return form, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address will be provided promptly. Please write the RMA number on your parcel and ship back before the expiration date of the RMA number. Once we receive the parcel, we will notify you and issue a refund or send you the replacement product.

Please kindly be advised that your return or exchange must meet the following criteria in order for us to process it:

a) Original conditions with all accessories, including manuals, warranty registration, etc.

b) Valid, unexpired Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained from our site or customer service after submitting the return form.
