How to apply?

1. Apply base coat gel then cure it 2 min via UV lamp or 30-60s via LED lamp
2. Pick up some polygel and put it on dual form
3. Use the brush to dip a small amount of slip solution or alcohol, not too wet or too dry
4. Shape the gel by lightly patting it on the dual form
5. Gently apply the dual form from the cuticle to the whole nail
6. Press gently and remove the excess of gel with a half-dry brush popped off from the sidewall
7. Cure the surface of the nail extension for the 60s, and both sides for 30s
8. Remove the dual form
9. Wipe both 2 sides of the nail extension with the slip solution to remove the tacky layer
10. Shape the nail extension, file and smooth the nail surface lightly with the grift nail file
11. Apply top coat gel, curing for 2 min via UV lamp or 30-60s via LED lamp

For US customers, the shipping time will be 3-12 business days
For Canada, the shipping time is 7-15 business days.
For Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia and the United Kingdom, the shipping time is 7-15 business days.
For other countries, the shipping time is 10-15 business days.

issues (natural causes or human errors are not 
included) and 30 days money-back guaranteed from the receipt of original order. But our MelodySusie products will have15-months warranty made through meldoysusie.com (including nail drills and nail lamps part only). If your product does not meet your needs within this period, feel free to contact us by submitting a feedback form to let us know what we can do to help you.  

Please note this page of warranty and return is for purchases made through meldoysusie.com, the MelodySusie Direct store or Maple Leaf Shop store on Amazon. For purchases made through MelodySusie's authorized resellers, please contact them directly.

Free Extended Warranty：
1.Extended Warranty to 12 months by registering at Melodysusie.
2.Send an extended warranty request with your order ID at our Customer Service Center.

*Please note: 

1.You need to pay for your shipping costs for returning your item with non-quality problem within 30 days from the date you purchased it.

2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item after 30 days from the receipt of original order.

3. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. We will deduct the credit card processing fees from your refund if you wanna return our items without any quality issues, the processing fees should be ($order amount * 2.4% + $0.3).

5. If the customer doesn't pick up the goods on the specified date with the requirement, causing the goods to be destroyed, we'll not give a refund. If the goods are returned to warehouses by courier, the customer must be paid the additional fees. 

6. Within the warranty period, the replacement is free but the shipping fee will be charged accordingly after 3-months.
