Shipping Policy: 

We've put more focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. So, in order to provide better service, we'll upgrade our shipping system during 1/16/2020 - 2/03/2020. 

Please note that:

For the US customers, orders placed in 1/24/2020 - 1/30/2020, your items will be shipped out within 48 hours. 
For the customers of other countries, orders placed in 1/16/2020 - 2/3/2020, your items will be shipped out on 2/3/2020.

Shipment Upgrade Notice:

We offer three shipping methods for US customers

• USD$5.99 to the United States via Standard Shipping for orders amount less than $35 with 5-7 business days.
• Free Standard Shipping to the United States for orders over USD$35 (shipping cost excluded).
• USD$9.99 to the United States via Expedited Shipping with 3-5 business days

- For Canada customers, the shipping time is 5-7 business days for Standard Shipping, and 3-5 business days for Expedited Shipping.
- For Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia and the United Kingdom, the shipping time is 7-10 business days , and 3-5 business days for Expedited Shipping.
- For other countries, the shipping time is 7-20 business days for Standard Shipping.

*Please note:

• Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-3 business days and is NOT included in the overall “shipping time”.
• Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays.

ABOUT TAX

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the customers. The final cost does not include import duties and sales taxes, all these additional fees must be paid by the customers.

Warranty Policy:

Generally, all of our MelodySusie products have a full 6-months warranty and 30 days money-back guaranteed from the receipt of original order. If your product does not meet your needs within this period, feel free to contact us by submitting a feedback form to let us know what we can do to help you.  

Please note this page of warranty and return is for purchases made through meldoysusie.com or the MelodySusie Direct store on Amazon. For purchases made through MelodySusie's authorized resellers, please contact them directly.

Free Extended Warranty：
1.Extended Warranty to 12 months by registering at Melodysusie.
2.Send an extended warranty request with your order ID at our Customer Service Center.

*Please note: 

1.You need to pay for your shipping costs for returning your item with non-quality problem within 30 days from the date you purchased it.

2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item after 30 days from the receipt of original order.

3. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. If the customer doesn't pick up the goods on the specified date with the requirement, causing the goods to be destroyed, we'll not give a refund. If the goods are returned to warehouses by courier, the customer must be paid the additional fees.
