How to Use Our Nail Lamps
1. Apply your gel polish according to its usage instructions.
2. Use the appropriate auto-timed setting (per your gel polish’s requirements). The lamp will automatically shut off after the specified time.
3. For best results, avoid moving your hand too much until curing is complete.
4. Please note that curing requirements vary based on gel polish brand. Ensure that your polish is compatible before purchase.
5. If gel polish is a bit tacky after drying, wipe your nails with a gentle cleanser. Enjoy your beautiful, long-lasting gel color!

If your product does not meet your needs within this period, feel free to contact us by submitting a feedback form to let us know what we can do to help you.

Free Extended Warranty：
1.Extended Warranty to 12 months by registering at Melodysusie.
2.Send an extended warranty request with your order ID at our Customer Service Center.
*Please note:
1.You need to pay for your shipping costs for returning your item with non-quality problem within 30 days from the date you purchased it.
2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item after 30 days from the receipt of original order.
3. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. We will deduct the credit card processing fees from your refund if you wanna return our items without any quality issues, the processing fees should be ($order amount * 2.4% + $0.3).
5. If the customer doesn't pick up the goods on the specified date with the requirement, causing the goods to be destroyed, we'll not give a refund. If the goods are returned to warehouses by courier, the customer must be paid the additional fees.
6. Within the warranty period, the replacement is free but the shipping fee will be charged accordingly after 3-months.
