For all international shipments(outside the contiguous United States), any tax or duty shall be borne by the buyer
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. The final cost does not include import duties and sales taxes, all these additional fees must be paid by the customers.
You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company.
We are not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.
*If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the package might be dropped by customs or returned to us, and we will not refund any amount of money.
COVID-19 Shipment Upgrade Notice:
During the outbreak, it may take longer than usual for the post office to process your package, and the tracking info may not be updated for a while. Please give the post office more time to transport your package and update your tracking info.
And your package will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
The ETA with your order may be adjusted based on actual circumstances, sorry for the inconvenience.

If you no longer want to receive the package, please do not refuse it when it is delivered. Instead, you can send us one return form with your order.
We offer one shipping method for US customers
- Low to USD$6.99 to the United States via Standard Shipping
For US customers, the shipping time will be 5-7 business days
For Canada, the shipping time is 5-9 business days.
For Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia and the United Kingdom, the shipping time is 7-10 business days.
For other countries, the shipping time is 10-15 business days.
- Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 3-5 business days and is NOT included in the overall “shipping time”.
- Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays.
- Some products may be out of stock in our warehouse. In this case, for a timely delivery, we will have our factory ship your items directly from China. (Please note that the package will not spread viruses based on CDC.) Will You Catch The New Coronavirus Via Packages Or Mail From China?
Generally, all of our MelodySusie products have a full 6-months warranty and 30 days money-back guaranteed from the receipt of original order. But our MelodySusie products will have15-months warranty made through meldoysusie.com only. If your product does not meet your needs within this period, feel free to contact us by submitting a feedback form to let us know what we can do to help you.

Free Extended Warranty：
1.Extended Warranty to 12 months by registering at Melodysusie.
2.Send an extended warranty request with your order ID at our Customer Service Center.
1.You need to pay for your shipping costs for returning your item with non-quality problem within 30 days from the date you purchased it.
2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item after 30 days from the receipt of original order.
3. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. If the customer doesn't pick up the goods on the specified date with the requirement, causing the goods to be destroyed, we'll not give a refund. If the goods are returned to warehouses by courier, the customer must be paid the additional fees.
5. Within the warranty period, the replacement is free but the shipping fee will be charged accordingly after 3-months.
