Our Promise

MelodySusie offers only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will credit or account or exchange the merchandise for an identical product.
By placing an order with MelodySusie, you agree to the policies found on this page. Your return must meet the following criteria for return or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost.

All returns must include the following:
  1. Original condition
  2. All accessories
  3. Manuals, warranty registration, etc.
  4. Valid, unexpired Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) obtained from our site or customer service
Return Steps:
  • Email our customer service department service@melodysusie.com the order ID and reason for return.
  • We will provide an RMA number and return address promptly.
  • Please write the RMA number on the parcel after the receiver's name.
  • Once we receive the parcel, we will notify you and issue a refund or send you the replacement product.

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. Here, we hope that you will be able to resolve whatever problems you are experiencing. We're very sorry for whatever inconvenience your purchase may have caused you. 
Please kindly be advised that generally all of our MelodySusie products have a full 6-month warranty. If your product does not meet your needs within this period, feel free to contact us by submitting a feedback form below in order to let us know what we can do to help you.
